What this is

delga is an interface to public programs on Solana (pump.fun and PumpSwap), plus an ai chat and an api that holders of coins launched here can use with daily credits. The platform wallet deploys coins for the people who fill in the launch form. The name, ticker, image, links and description are theirs. For trades, we build the transaction and your wallet decides whether to sign it.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to form a contract where you live and allowed to use crypto assets and ai services there. Do not use delga where that is restricted, or if you are subject to sanctions.

Coins and trading

Coins are pump.fun tokens on Solana. They are not investments offered by us, carry no rights, and most lose their value. Trades are final once confirmed on chain. Slippage, fees and failed transactions are your risk. We do not hold your funds or your keys.

Credits

Credits are a free usage allowance computed from on-chain holdings. They are not money, not property and not a token. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and they expire at each refill.

We may change how credits are computed, the tiers, the platform multiplier, the daily cap and the rates per model at any time, and may withhold or reset credits obtained through abuse, such as moving tokens between wallets to farm allowances.

Ai output and acceptable use

Models are provided by third parties and routed through our providers. Output is machine-written and can be wrong, outdated or offensive. Check anything that matters. Provider usage policies apply on top of these terms.

• No illegal content, malware, spam, harassment, or content that sexualizes minors.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, tiers, credit accounting or provider safety systems.
• No reselling access or sharing api keys outside your own projects.

We may refuse, limit or end access to the chat or the api for any wallet or key that breaks these rules.

Api keys

Keys are shown once. Keep them secret. You are responsible for requests made with your keys until you revoke them on /api. Key limits depend on your $delga and can change.

Your content

You are responsible for the coin details and comments you submit. Do not use names, images or marks you have no right to use. We may hide coins or comments from this interface; we cannot remove anything from the chain.

No warranty, limited liability

delga is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trades, coin value, chain or provider outages, ai output, lost credits or keys, or bugs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free launch is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do. Using delga after a change means you accept it. See also the privacy notice.
